Dr. Meagan Rathbun

ONLINE 728 ASSISTANT PRINCIPAL/ONLINE LEARNING SPECIALIST

Meagan joined ISD 728 in 2020 as an Online Learning Specialist and helped to coordinate the offered Online728 Elementary and Middle School programs from 2021-2024. She brings years of teaching experience in an online setting with a license in Communication Arts & Literatures, 5-12 and a K-12 administrative license. Meagan obtained her Master’s degree in Teaching and her Ed. D. degree in K-12 Educational Leadership from Bethel University. Meagan has a passion for online education, recognizing it as a positive learning opportunity and choice for students and families.
